Class Descriptions

Explanation of Class Levels

Basic to Level 1

Generally suitable for those new to yoga as well as those who would like to participate in a gentle, slower practice. Postures and breathwork will be introduced and explained.  


Level 1-2

Generally suitable for those who have yoga experience as well as those who are generally active in exercising. Students incorporate conscious breathing in class, assisting in connecting their minds and bodies.  


Level 2+ 

Generally suitable for experienced yogis looking to enhance their existing yoga practice. Asana (pose) variations will be offered throughout the class. 


All Levels Restore

This class offers a series of gentle, grounding yoga postures along with calming meditation techniques to assist with increasing overall relaxation. These passive yoga postures are held for extended periods of time to help balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. All levels are welcome.  


All Levels Meditative Yoga (Meditation)

This class incorporates a blend of Hatha and Yin Yoga postures to create ease in the body and mind, thus enhancing your overall sense of well-being. It also utilizes various meditation techniques such as mantra, mindfulness practices and loving kindness meditation. All levels are welcome.
